1. REGISTRATION
The registration for the language courses is made in writing by email and is binding upon payment.
2. INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
Individual lessons can be scheduled each time individually or have a fixed schedule.
The appointment can be postponed after consultation with Maxim Academy. The postponement should be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled date. Lessons missed or canceled too late will not be reimbursed.
It is not possible to repay the tuition fees. You can take breaks of up to 6 months between the paid lessons. After a break of more than 6 months, the lessons that have not been visited expire.
3. ONLINE LESSONS
Online classes are held via Skype.
The customer is responsible for the necessary technical equipment (computer with the latest version of the program installed, Internet connection, headphones, microphone, loudspeaker, web camera).
Maxim Academy assumes no liability in the event of technical malfunctions (e.g. loss of internet connection, etc.).
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is only made via the PayPal system.
5. DATA COLLECTION
You agree to the electronic storage of your data.
Personal data is only collected and used to fulfill administrative tasks; a transfer to third parties is excluded.
6. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
The recording of the lessons on sound carriers is only permitted with the express permission of the Maxim Academy.
7. COPYRIGHT
The teaching materials are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without the written consent of the Maxim Academy.
